This nicely appointed condo has great views of the Continental Divide, swimming pool and views of the ski slopes. Enjoy the wood burning fireplace in the living room after a fun day out on the slopes or hiking. The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom we call the "bunk room" with a queen bed is perfect for a family with children or single friends. The sleeper den has 2 day beds and an accordion wood door for privacy and it's own full bathroom. The condo has it's own washer and dryer in the unit.

Enjoy the courtyard pool and hot tubs and play area. Covered private parking, elevator, public laundry facilities and ski lockers for your toys are just a few of our amenities on property.

Our friendly management staff will see to your every need. Our housekeepers won the Stars of the Season Award for their excellent customer service.     We rented this condo and 202/203 with a group from the southeast. This condo was a little more "worn in" that the other one, but the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was in working order, and the view to the slope was right out the window! The pool and hot tub were not to be missed! They even provided plastic cups to keep glass out of the pool area. Sherri and Sue were personable and available for whatever we needed. We went in April so it wasn't crowded at all. We had a conference at the Westin, which was a short walk up the hill or we could ski/walk down to the "skittle" gondola and ride up. The ski shuttle to Aspen mountain picked us up at the end of the street as well.

    The unit was great, location is fantastic, very easy ski-in ski-out access, the apartment is very well distributed, is comfortable, very well equipped with all you need to make your ski vacation a great experience. The people that works at the condominium are very friendly same as the cleaning staff. I will make sure if I come back next ski season I will do the most to stay here agin, that is how pleased I am.

    We have stayed at Shadowbrook 4 years in a row now, and it is THE place to stay for accessibility in Snowmass. You are halfway between the base village where the ski school meets and there are several places to Apres or eat, and the "Mall" where the majority of the shops, Starbucks, and more restaurants are. The distance to the bottom isn't too much for little tiny skiers, or beginners, and the walk to the top isn't going to kill you even if you live at sea level. The location is the golden nugget. But the units are all thoughtfully appointed, with mud room areas to shed your layers after skiing, dishes and silverware galore. I swear we could have had a dinner party for 20 people in the last unit we stayed in (204.) Be forewarned, some of the units don't have the finest finishes, but they have what you need and want, and nothing less. Housekeeping is efficient and even folded my children's pajamas and put them on the end of their beds. Sherri and Sue and Keith (management) are all wonderful people, easy to get a hold of, flexible, and happy to help. We wouldn't think of staying anywhere else in Snowmass.

    We enjoyed our stay but was a disappointed in the unit set up. Next time we need larger beds for the 2 bedrooms. One of the adult couples had to sleep on twin beds. The twin beds in the den need to be beds - the odd sofa covering was not really what we expected for the kids. Unless you put a fitted sheet(which you could not) on the bed it did seem a little unclean to sleep on the community couches. Next time we need two full bedrooms for the 2 couples and I think you have a unit that fits our needs better. We will be back.

    This is a great place to stay with kids. We skiied them down daily to the Treehouse - Ski-School. Daily housekeeping was a bonus. Our unit had a washer & dryer which was a must-have for a family with three boys.
