This condo is designed beautifully and on the second floor near the elevator. A family of 6 would feel right at home here. The rich tones and warm textures create a warm setting for enjoying a glass of après ski wine by the wood burning fireplace. The master bedroom has a king bed. The second has queen and two twins with its own full bathroom. Create an additional private, comfortable space to add other guests by using the 2 day beds in the beautiful den that closes off with a full bath inside. The condo has it's own washer and dryer in the condo.
The condo sits at the creek side end of the building, with the trees outside your windows offering much privacy, while you barbecue on the gas gill from balcony. Size 1,200 sq. ft. Sleeps 6, with one extra person allowed.

terrific ski-in, ski-out condo for family vacation
We arrived late and Sherri and Wes had helped is arrange lift tickets and rentals. We were greeted with cookies in the kitchen. The unit was clean, spacious, steps from lifts, pool and hot tub.

Shadowbrook 205
From the first time I contacted the management people at Shadowbrook, until our checkout, I would say it was a wonderful experience. The staff are excellent and their responsiveness is first rate. Every time I called or emailed them they got back to me immediately.The unit is beautiful and in a great location- just like skiing out of your back door.

Great place, lots of room for lots of people, comfortable bedrooms, big beds, three full bathrooms, books to read, plenty of TVs, nice big living room/kitchen area, lovely patio with comfortable chairs. Nice pool and hot tub. Management was attentive and helpful. No complaints at all.

Perfect family ski vacation
We have been coming to Shadowbrook for eight years. It is perfect for a family that wants to ski at Snowmass, (wonderful ski school and huge mountain with runs for every level) do some or all of their meals at home (kitchens are well equipped) and relax at the pool, get to the mall or base village. All units have at least 3 bedrooms (1 is a sleeper den). Sherri and Sue are great, as is the rest of the staff.
Awesome Condo!
We stayed in condo #205 for the Tough Mudder from September 4th to the 7th. The condo was roomy, clean, and only a few minute walk to the base area. The office staff was friendly and very helpful. Will definitely stay here again.
I love Snowmass!
Wonderful condo. Loved the fireplace, view, everything. Less rain would have made it perfect. 😉
Fabulously Updated
The property is very well maintained. Not only was our unit up to date but the pool and courtyard have been redone as well. We will definitely be back.
Vacation Stay
We loved the rental unit. It was a perfect size for our family. The kitchen was great, well-stocked with utensils and cooking supplies! We also got a chance to enjoy the pool and sauna area and had an overall, wonderful experience. The property management team was excellent too!
Snowmass Getaway 2013
Our family of 4 shared this unit with friends who have 3 kids. It was perfect as we used the additional bedding in the dining/flex area for the older girls. The location was great with easy access to the mall area above and ski school below. The unit was well-maintained and with daily housekeeping, the unit stayed very clean despite the efforts of our 5 kids, all of whom were under 5. We had a cabinet door hinge come loose, and maintenance responded promptly to fix it. On our last day, our friends had problems getting their minivan up the hill from the parking lot, and again, the staff promptly responded to help. Overall, the staff at Shadowbrook are friendly, courteous, and responsive. They were very helpful during the booking process and went above and beyond during our check-in and stay to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had an amazing trip and look forward to returning to Snowmass and Shadowbrook. Stay here, you won't be disappointed.
