Guests love this condo! Upstairs has a large, open living area, kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is equipped with all you need to enjoy a sit down dinner. Two large windows let in wonderful light and provide views of the creek and trees right outside the condo.
The master bedroom has a king bed with a private bathroom. The second bedroom offers 2 double beds with a full bathroom. There are 2 bathroom doors so guests can use if they are in the living area, while maintaining privacy for those in the bedroom.
Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms that share a bathroom with double vanity and separate toilet / shower room. Enjoy the convenience of your own laundry room. Each bedroom downstairs has a queen bed, and one is heated by it's own gas fireplace.
The condo is on the ground floor, so the kids can step right outside and play in the snow. The ski slope is simply a few steps from your door. Easy access to the pool, hot tub, ski storage. Assigned, covered parking right outside your door. This condo is amazing. Come experience a wonderful vacation at Shadowbrook Condos in Snowmass Village.

Great Condo
This condo exceeded our expectations. It was centrally located and very comfortable for 7 people. Very nice pool and spas. Would consider renting again when in Snowmass.

FANTASTIC CONDO
Shadow brook Condos never disappoint. This is our second year staying here to ski. Awesome location - truly ski in and ski out. With 7 adults and 3 children this unit had room to spare.
Comfortable and felt like home
Fast and Easy
We would stay again.
We found our unit very nice, clean and well maintained. Close to hot tub and stairs to the village shops. We were very happy that we were able to stay in the pool/hot tub area past the 9 pm closing (which we thought was early considering it's a vacation spot). We would certainly stay again.

It was great space for our full party and nice to have the two levels.
Snowmass 2012
We loved the location and would like to come stay during the ski season. We did think that the price was a little steep compared to all the other places we have stayed in Colorado that were and are comparable.
Shadowbrook - better than any other Condo I have known in Snowmas
Shadowbrooks is defenitely a great Condo, however after comparing with other ski resorts in the USA and especially Europe, Snowmass is becoming too pricy ( Condo + ski pass + ski schools )

Cunningham/Duperier Stay
We had a woderful stay and have stayed in 406 in the past as well as the larger condo next to it. The location is great and the condos are well equiped (they could use some new knives) but overall they are very nice.
THE PERFECT SETTING
My family has spent the last five Christmas' in Snowmass Village at the Shadowbrook condos; and we have our reservation made for next year. The property, the setting, the convenience, the friendly staff, all make this the "Perfect Setting."

Great the Second Time Around
A larger group of friends and we had a great time all over again! This is the best deal on the mountain.
The staff was very cooperative in caring for any request.
We have been staying at the Shadowbrook annually for many years. We love all of the condos that we have stayed in and the staff is excellent! We look forward to our next visit.
